Our application process adheres strictly to the manufacturer's guidelines, ensuring optimal quality and longevity of the sealcoating. What services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive asphalt and concrete services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include new installations, repairs, resurfacing, sealcoating, crack filling, patching, drainage systems, curbing, and decorative concrete work. From driveways to parking lots and custom concrete projects, we provide complete solutions.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection and peace of mind. How long does asphalt installation take?
The duration of asphalt installation varies based on the project scope. Typically, a residential driveway installation takes between one to three days. Commercial parking lots may require one to two weeks, depending on size and complexity. We provide a specific timeline during the initial consultation. What's the difference between asphalt resurfacing and replacement?
Asphalt resurfacing involves adding a new layer of asphalt over an existing, structurally sound base. This method is suitable when the foundation is in good condition. Complete replacement, on the other hand, requires removing the old surface and installing a new base and surface. This is necessary when there is significant deterioration or drainage issues present. How often should I sealcoat my asphalt?
For residential driveways, we recommend sealcoating every two to three years to maintain optimal protection. Commercial properties with higher traffic may benefit from more frequent sealcoating, typically every one to two years. Regular sealcoating significantly extends the lifespan of your asphalt by protecting it from water damage, UV rays, and chemical exposure. What types of decorative concrete do you offer?
Our decorative concrete options include stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, colored concrete, and concrete staining. These decorative techniques can be applied to various surfaces such as driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, and other areas to enhance aesthetic appeal. How do you handle drainage issues with concrete installations?
Proper drainage is essential for concrete installations. We incorporate slight slopes, typically 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch per foot, away from buildings. When necessary, we can install drainage systems such as French drains, trench drains, or catch basins to prevent water accumulation and potential damage. How can I maintain my asphalt or concrete surface?
Regular maintenance is crucial for extending the life of your surfaces. For asphalt, we recommend sealcoating every two to three years, promptly filling cracks, and keeping the surface clean. Concrete surfaces benefit from regular cleaning, sealing every two to five years, and addressing cracks as soon as they appear. Can you repair just a section of my driveway or parking lot?
Yes, we offer targeted repairs for damaged sections without requiring complete replacement. Our team will assess the extent of the damage and recommend the most cost-effective solution, which may include patching, partial replacement, or resurfacing of the affected area.
